For my design studio final, I noticed a gap in the market for hyper-specific hardshell cases, specifically with cameras. In the process of designing my own camera, I decided to create a case for Parallax. Work below shows my process and final product.

My final 3D printed prototype included a simple friction fit snapping mechanism to ensure a tight connection and ease of use. With the goal of the final product being injection molded, I designed the case with ridges lining the edges and faces of the case to provide both rigitiy and aesthetic form. In theory, this basic case design can be expand outward and applied to any camera.
