Diving deep into an interest of mine, I began talking with numerous traveling and nomadic photographers and I began to find a common problem with each person. It hadn’t anything to do with their equipment or gear, but rather, storage. Equipment storage seemed to be an overlooked but persistent issue—disorganized, bulky, and never quite adaptable to their evolving workflows. Whether it was fragile gear rattling in mismatched cases, small items getting stolen in obviously expensive bags, or the need to constantly re-pack based on the cicumstance, the systems they used didn’t match the flexibility and pace of their work. This led me to develop a modular container system. One that’s protective, adaptable, and designed specifically for how photographers actually move through the world. As this product is now pending for a patent, it’s easier to see their applications and use cases beyond just photography.
